Van Phetsomphou: Photographer with a mission

Van Phetsomphou, also known as Bronco Loco, is a landscape/wedding photographer from Las Vegas, NV. His main passion lies in landscape photography though. Currently, Van is in the infant stages of starting a non-profit organization that involves documenting and maintaining a visual history of the Mojave National Preserve in California, which he calls White Trash Ferrari. White Trash Ferrari mainly consists of a series of photos he is taking of man-made structures and buildings located in or near the Preserve.

Having traveled to California’s Route 66, Death Valley, the Mojave National Preserve, and Utah’s historic mining towns, Van has a strong passion for creating compelling landscape photography that captures the spirit of the U.S. southwest’s amazing history.

I’ve chosen a few of his many brilliant landscape and wedding photographs to amaze and inspire you. Check it out …

  1. Hello, I use a Nikon and I accidently used a cloth to clean the inside of my Nikon. Now, I have scratches that show by looking inside my lense but absolutely nothing shows on the images. Is this something I should be worried about that could eventually be a problem? And yes, I love nikon and am not in the canon camp… LOL don’t criticize me! Thanks for your help.
