Photographic Work of Steve Stanger

For today’s fix of inspiration I’m gonna let you in on the great photography of Steve Stanger, Photographer and host of The Mac Attack podcast, from New Jersey, USA.

Stanger has rediscovered his love for photography a little over two years ago. He’s been shooting digital for the last seven years but got his first DSLR last year. He also owns a film SLR camera but, as he puts it, has been collecting dust since getting his first digital point and shoot years ago =)

I enjoy being out and making photos as much as sitting in front of my Mac doing post production.

His art is amazing, inspiring, and oh so beautiful! Take a look below, I’m sure you will be intrigued…

  1. Hey, nice pics, some of those are really good. Some of those.. who am i kidding, all of them! It also looks like he used the photoshop plug-in, topaz. But I could be wrong.

  2. Thanks Chris. Topaz Adjust is great and I do use it and the plugins from Nik Software. I really try to do most of my post production in Adobe Camera Raw and do some manipulation in in Photoshop. But the filters mentioned above are great, but in my opinion, should be used sparingly.
