Landscape & Street photo inspiration | Lars Daniel

Today’s photo inspiration will let us in on the brilliant landscape and street photography of Lars Daniel from Denmark.

Lars works as a composer/producer/musician making mostly music for film. Two years ago Lars had bought his first DLSR, and suddenly found himself spending a LOT of time in this new world of images. He loved it!!

In spring this year, Lars got himself a Mamiya RZ67, with which he has been able to do some exploration of working with camera movements (tilt and shift) in spite of the fact that is kind of bulky and limited in movement, and soon had pretty much the whole RZ system including a Polaroid back.

I totally fell in love with analog medium format, and I think it has taught me so many things I would probably not have learned any time soon, if I had not gone analog.

Though music and photography in many ways are worlds apart, I keep finding parallels between them. And I am sure there are many more parallels that I do not even comprehend.
