Inspiring Photography of Ge Dela Cruz

Ge Dela Cruz (otherwise known as .I Travel East.) is an accomplished photographer from the Philippines, residing in Louisiana, USA. Ge is a self taught photographer, with no formal education in the medium. He is an aspiring and striving photographer with no rules, he shoots on feel and captures on impulse and he knows he has his photograph when he feels that thump in his chest.

Photography has helped Ge reach a certain level of understanding and maturity in the context of his personal outlook, perception, and judgment of this world and life in general. Because of it, Ge has succeeded to develop an honest sensitivity to things, creatures, surroundings, his fellow man, and the Creator.

There is enough beauty in the world to fill every soul.

My cameras keeps me company and hopefully the photographs we’ve made together keep the memories alive even after my own mind has fled me…
