Andrea Taurisano is an Italian photographer based in Norway. He’s a self taught street photographer, got his own darkroom built a few years ago and is constantly experimenting with his rangefinder camera. Andrea is having his medium format photo work of Auschwitz exhibited for the first time next May, in Trondheim, Norway. Best of luck Andrea =)

Really love your photos… Very nice darks, make me think it’s Neopan 100 and what fine grain developer you using ?
I really do think the rangefinders are the best for street photography..at least it seems that way. I have yet to do any..but looking at your stuff, I might try. Thanks for the inspiration. I have been shooting with old German Agfa’s and I use a Mamiya RB67…not exactly a street photography camera, but I might try it anyway…It’s 7 pounds…

Great looking website by the way..

Thank you Greg. Most of the pictures you see over here and in my blog are digital. Those that aren’t, were taken on Tmax 400 developed in Rodinal. Yes, rangefinder cameras are the perfect tool for street, but I did some street on medium format Hassy too, those street portraits of kids in the Greenland section on my blog. Stay tuned if you like it, much more interesting stuff will come..
