Beautiful low light & night photography from Daniel Cheong

“Born in Mauritius, from Chinese descent, French by nationality. My job has made me travel around the world (France, US, Japan, Singapore, Dubai).
I’ve always liked photography, but took this hobby very seriously when I bought my first DSLR in 2006, and joined flickr which has been and still is a fantastic source of inspiration.
My photographic ‘comfort zone’ is architecture, cityscapes, seascapes, urban decay. Recently went out of my comfort zone by trying portraiture and modeling.
The techniques I mostly use for my shots:
– Digital Blending (manual ‘blending’ of multiple bracketed exposures using Photoshop to get the maximum dynamic range).
– Vertical Panoramas (‘vertorama’).
– HDR (using tonemapping software) ” ~ Daniel Cheong

Beautiful beautiful well done
Daniel happens to be one of my favorite photographers period. His work drips with inspiration. His processing skills and attention to detail is second to none.
I don’t think there’s a better photographer out there that can shoot the blue hour like he does.
