“ My name is Gina Vasquez and I am an 18 year old self taught photographer from New York City. I got into photography a little over a year ago after stumbling across some conceptual images on the internet. I was hooked, and soon after received my first DSLR. Photography quickly became my passion. I am constantly creating images in my mind and translating them into photographs. To me, there is nothing else that combines emotion, ideas, and images in the way photography does, and I plan on creating photographs for the rest of my life. “
